The story of PEARL

Once upon a time there was a Big Green Van. The Big Green Van turned into a money trap. Captureing all that rode inside it. "AHHH" screamed the people. "You are my prisoners!", the van laughed. "Mommy", cried all the children, "What were we going to do?" The little family felt fear. Hummm fear? That's no way to live! thought the mamma. "We are going to slay this beast, but only with the help of the Holy Ghost." That night as all the little ones gathered together for prayer a small whisper was heard, "A new Van Awaits...it's time to sell."

Eventhough it was a whisper, the meaning was mighty! The little family was no longer fearful but became FAITHFUL!. The Mamma was lead to a great little shop, where she found a real GEM of a Van! One that was dependable, helpful, and strong! Out came the mighty pen/sword and with a flick of her wrist...a new opportunity was created! The little family now has a new Gem of a Van...PEARL. And they all lived FAITHFULLY ever after!

The Carinival

Here we are enjoying the carnival! It was so much fun. The people who put this on, all get the whole Autism spectrum and so the children can just have fun! I was a proud mommy with all my little 5 "rock stars". Enjoy the pictures!

Autism Carnival

Every Fall the Sahra Cares foundation puts on a carnival for families and children with Autism...this is our first year at the event...we are soooo coming back!
Enjoy the pictures! You can see it on the kid's faces of what fun they had.
From the bounce houses, rock climbing wall, to the face painting and bubble making, to lunch to the train rides...we had a ball! Enjoy...we all did.

It's all fun and games till somebody's eye is knocked out!

Well, the old saying is true. Poor Isaac. He was playing a ping-pong throwing game at the cousins house while we were waiting for the birthday party to start. AND...OUCH OUCH OUCH!!! MY EYE! My EYE!! well, a little "ice" later and hummm yeah I'm okay!

Happens around 2pm, get home at 8 and I hear, "Mom when I cover my eye I can see angels. It's like Heaven." WHAT??? Off we Zoom to the ER and wait, and wait, and look, and look, and ouch ouch later...blood hemorage! The eye is bleeding and that is why I see Angels.

Enjoy the pictures...it was a late night...home at 1am! Hopefully I will have met the deductible.
